Aside from having a great texture and great flavor they are versatile mixes so you can add your own creative spin to the Basic recipe. I grabbed the chocolate chip cookie mix from my pantry and mixed it accordingly. Instead of making the traditional cookies I pressed each cookie into my muffin tray, making a vessel in the center. I baked according to the instructions. Once I pulled them out I pressed the center of each cookie until they flattened out enough to make a cup. I let them cool on a baking rack. Then I grabbed some ice cream, scooped it into my chocolate chip cookie cup and drizzled some melted skinnymechocolates baking chips on top. This made for the perfect family dessert.
