I used my fave protein donut mix from empowrdfoods It’s so easy to mix up and you have delicious protein donuts in under 20 minutes. Great taste and texture is spot on!! For my glaze I did a chocolate & a cake batter glaze. The chocolate glaze was made with skinnymechocolates baking melts, whisked together with a little bit of boiling heavy cream to make a ganache.
