I had my skinnymechocolates Birthday cake chocolate bar and knew I wanted to make a stuffed cookie with it, so these were created. It’s a soft and chewy birthday cake cookie base, stuffed with a chunk of birthday cake chocolate, topped with sprinkles of course. Here’s my recipe: Birthday cake cookies 1 Stick butter, softened⁣ 2 TBSP olive or coconut oil⁣ 1/2 C brown sweetener swervesweetie 1 TBSP almond milk⁣ 1 TBSP cake batter extract oooflavors 1 C almond flour ⁣ 1/4 C Lupin flour (this is a game changer for the texture!!
