Repost from healthyeatswithdeedee • 🍪EASY CARAMEL PB COOKIE BITES🍪 These little cookies are so yummy and reminds me of a Twix or Snickers candy bar! These are low carb, keto, & macro friendly! The dough & filling is super easy & comes together so quickly, try them out!! Cookie dough: 1 1/2 C almond flour 2 TBSP maple syrup, sugar free 1 TBSP sweetener rxsugar 3 TBSP melted butter or coconut oil 1/2 TSP vanilla extract Optional, 1/2 TSP caramel oooflavors Mix all ingredients together until a dough forms. Scoop out 12 balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Using the back of a teaspoon, press a small indent on the top of each cookie. Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes until edges are set. Let cool & make filling. PB Caramel filling: 1/2 C peanut butter 1/3 C maple syrup, sugar free Mix together until smooth.
