Repost from ketoxjunkie • skinnymechocolates was nice enough to send me over some of their baking melts and they were right on time because I just bought this silicone shot glass mold from amazon Took the two bags of baking melts and added a splash of heavy cream with some oil. Popped it in the microwave for 30 sec increments until fully melted and velvety smooth. I then poured the chocolate into the mold and refrigerated overnight to cool and harden. The day prior (after hardened) I just added some whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles, but tonight I opted for a peanut butter and jelly chocolate cup. I added choczero strawberry jam and leftcoastperformance keto nut butter together, added them into the chocolate cup and some whipped cream.
