In the #oshkoshfamily , we’re committed to making a difference in the communities where we live and work. Recently, a group of Oshkosh Defense manufacturing, engineering and operations team members donated their time and talent to refurbish a M-52A2 tractor and trailer. The vehicle belongs to the Military Veterans Museum & Education Center and is scheduled to be part of several community and state evens over the next several months. The Model M-52A2 tractor was manufactured in 1950 and the M-131a5c trailer was manufactured in 1968. This tractor-trailer combination was used in Vietnam to transport various fuels to the airbases and fuel depots. The team at Oshkosh Defense gave the vehicle some much needed love so that the truck would be ready for the spotlight.
