This past Saturday, Penn Transfusion Medicine partnered with lancastergeneralhealth’s Blood Donor Center to host a #blooddrive at the Pavilion. 96 donors participated, allowing us to collect 79 units of blood. All of the donations have gone to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) Blood Bank for transfusion to Penn Medicine patients.
