#tbt : The Pavilion at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is built on a foundation of Penn Medicine firsts... Literally. In July 2017, we laid the foundation for the Pavilion with the largest concrete pour in Philly history. It took more than 120 workers, 654 concrete trucks, and 14 straight hours to pour the 6,540 cubic yards of concrete. Watch the mesmerizing time lapse.
