“In response to the overwhelming amount of critical care patients from COVID-19, our unit was opened in the early morning hours of March 30. Although this staff is trained in critical care for post-op patients, the level of care needed for this population of patients is unprecedented. I never for a minute doubted that this staff could provide the care these patients desperately needed."
"What I didn’t anticipate was how they go above and beyond every single day, never wavering and never backing down. Providing the best care for these patients always remained their top priority.
