"Continuing our mission to provide excellence in care, we have initiated virtual visits via tele-monitoring or a hybrid of virtual and in-home visits as appropriate. We have implemented daily 'wellness' calls to all our patients, as an additional layer of monitoring for earlier detection of COVID-19 symptoms. Front line nurses have been trained to collect swabs for COVID-19 testing, for patients and staff who report symptoms. We have a dedicated team of nurses who provide virtual monitoring to COVID positive patients twice daily."
