At Pennsylvania Hospital, Chris Huot, Nurse Manager of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and his team have demonstrated courage and compassion under extremely challenging circumstances. When asked about their journey, Chris said: "The staff in our critical care units have come together to care for our #covid19 patients in a way I have never thought possible. The level of teamwork and commitment makes me so proud to be a Penn Medicine nurse. Despite all the challenges of caring for this unprecedented patient population, our team has risen to the challenge and found new and innovative ways to make sure patients are getting the best care possible while maintaining our high quality standards.
