#HallOfFameFriday: Austin Groves The second and final member of the 2018 HOF class is Austin Groves, a 2011 graduate who starred on the baseball team for four seasons. During his time with the Panthers, Groves became the program’s all-time hits leader with 177, his 53 hits in 2009 were the single-season record at the time, and his career batting average of .421 is one of the best in program history.
