In honor of National POW/MIA Recognition Day, the Iowa State Navy, Army and Air Force ROTC cadets are keeping guard inside the Gold Star Hall. Their fellow cadets are running from the capitol in Des Moines to Ames to bring awareness to those servicemen and women not accounted for. This year, each mile of the over 33-mile run will be dedicated to a POW/MIA from Iowa. A name and story will be read at each of the 33 miles. Former POW Ronald Kobeluch will be speaking at 3:00pm on the Campanile Lawn and all are welcome to attend!
