Now that #DaylightSavingTime has ended, the days are getting shorter, and for some of us, that can lead to seasonal affective disorder (SAD), especially during the colder months. SAD, also known as the “winter blues,” is a type of depression with symptoms including anxiety, appetite changes, depressed mood, difficulty concentrating, increased sleep, and lower energy.
