He always seemed to know what I needed before I needed it. When there was a plumbing issue in the bathroom, he took care of it straight away, keeping it contained while contacting the Facilities department. Daniel then moved me into another room with a wonderful view of the water. As if that wasn’t enough, he has a great sense of humor and an upbeat personality.
