Earlier this year, teva decided to collaborate with incredible outdoor activists to host virtual panel discussions focused on inclusivity, allyship, and activism in the outdoors. Brought on as a post-producer and video editor, this work has connected me with people I now admire and follow for inspiration and guidance. It has also opened my brain up to hearing perspectives I cannot see from and deeply contemplate my personal activism in both the outdoors and my work. The message that punched me the hardest in these discussions is, “Be the mentor that you wish that you had when you were a child.” While I am pondering on that for the foreseeable future, here is the short version of the Reclaiming the Outdoors discussion.
