With Franks Auto Top transitioning into the hands of the next family generation, there was a critical deadline to have a new door installed due to insurance stipulations and the business’s needs. Although the time constraints were challenging, Garage Headquarters was confident in getting the door installed within the tight window. Due to the manufacturer’s material shortages, the initial duration of the project would have exceeded the deadline. We adapted to the problem by collaborating with another manufacturer that would increase the efficiency of the installation process. We then went to the site to verify that we had the correct dimensions to guarantee a precision installation. Our proactive approach ensured that we finished the project earlier than the client’s deadline.
