Last week was a bit tough for me I wanted to be strong for everyone through everything going on, taking in information, sharing things, reading and opening myself up for conversations about our world as it is right now, but forgot about me and the effect it was beginning to have on me. I felt overwhelmed and inadequate for the desire to do more. So I'm taking some time out this week not to forget but to figure out ways to raise my voice while staying in a positive state of mind so I can be an instrument of power.
