It has helped me tremendously, with core balance and addressing physical limitations. When I started, I had no balance due to various issues with dexterity and rigidity associated with Parkinson's. Without the Rock Steady Program, I wouldn't be where I am today physically, or in terms of the abilities I've gained over the years."
