Over the holiday's we had our festive Accountability Group and challenge - the "Holiday Maintain Your Weight Challenge!" and the results are in! With a 78% success rate, 14 of our 18 participants were able to maintain or lose weight over the course of the holidays by sticking to and supporting each other in maintaining healthy habits.
