Our kitchen supply lines froze three times this week. During construction I pointed out this gap at the slab to the drhorton superintendent, who assured me it would be fixed. The pex lines were not insulated properly and there was barely fiberglass in the cavity. The elbow joints touched the sheathing, which means they couldn’t be insulated.
