This was an adventure in DIY. I’ve built and finished furniture as a hobby for a while, but I have never REfinished anything…so uncharted territory. This is my childhood dresser, that sometime in the mid 00s got a crackle finish paint job (why I decided to do that is a mystery) This took 7 months start to finish, and a lot of trial and error with stripping methods. Big ups to stripwell for their QCS product. It’s amazing, but I wanted this project to be done, so I opted to sand too. aj.benjamin picked the paint color and finishes.
