It's officially Q4 and I'm STILL figuring this balance thing out. Working from home full-time has been an absolute blessing, but I'd be lying if I didn't say it requires intentional planning + boundaries. Who can relate? 😅
So, I wanted to share a few things that have been working!
✨AM workouts/Quiet time with God. It's easy to hop into the busyness of each day, I like to start off with a clear mind.
✨ Prepping lunch in advance. Having lunch prepared allows me to maximize time and truly step away for a moment. *Also alleviates door dash ordering. That was getting ridic 😂
✨ Putting my phone on DND. When I'm in the zone I hate breaking focus because it can be hard for me to pick back up where I left off. That text message/phone call can wait, sis!
✨ (BOUNUS) Endlessly scrolling. I don't actively use social until 12 pm every day (yep, weekends too). We all know the addicting effects that social can have and I ain't got time to be playing with my productivity.
