There was a post I saw this week referencing discipline as the best form of self-love. That's so real. Everyone wants to bear fruit, but can't commit to putting in the work. For the past 6 months or so I've seen just how necessary discipline is. When you're blessed with the gift of vision there's this moment where you must choose between comfortability and loving yourself enough to give yourself everything you've ever wanted. Choosing the latter isn't as instantaneous as we may prefer, but that is where growth happens. Truthfully, I may not be where I want to be, but I thank God that I am not where I once was.
