the music industry is absolutely magical. i used to be scared that someday i’d grow up and i wouldn’t be passionate about anything. for the longest time, i didn’t know music could be a career. i thought i’d have limited years to queue in line all day and see my favorite artists more than once on tour because eventually i’d have to “grow up” and find a job. i never knew that this could be it. i stayed quiet about my passions because i was told i was annoying for it. i figured i’d enjoy it while it lasted until i’d be forced to move on. sometimes i wish i could tell my younger fangirl self to never stop talking. and that anyone who tries to dull your light and what makes you happy wasn’t really ever your friend to begin with. and that those same people will follow you years later, wishing they could be in the rooms you worked your way into. if you’ve ever felt this way, you’re not alone. i promise. #music #musicindustry #musicbusiness #tourmanager #fangirl #musicbiz #concert
