My mom is one of the really special ones. I often look at her and wonder how she does it all. And not just while she’s caring for a household of seven in quarantine. I’ve been in awe of her for as long as I can remember. She’s selfless, patient, and deeply empathetic. Words don’t really do her justice. But as her friends would say, she knows how to turn sh*t into flowers. So we took a cue from her and filled her quarantine birthday with surprises, activities, and videos from her nearest and dearest.
