Definitely my preferred way to take the dog for a walk ⛷️🐶 In full transparency, getting your dog to learn to ski with you does take time and patience. We have been doing this together for four winters now and I find that every year I have to retrain her how to keep space from my skis so she can safely run alongside me. We got out for our first ski together for the season yesterday and spent the ride down going slow and relearning safety commands. And then she got tired so my husband swooped her up and carried her the last bit to the car 😂 it’s all part of the experience.
