Let’s be honest, I was never going to listen to that 😂 Riley went on her first hike with me when she was 5 weeks old. Basically, as soon as my body felt up for it I started getting outside again. We’ve started small with easy, local hikes but each week I feel my confidence growing to go a little further and even hike on my own with her when no one else is available. Time spent outdoors is so important to my mental health and I genuinely think making it a priority makes me a better parent.
