Do you have any summits on your bucket list this year? This was my first 5th class summit mission a few years back and it did not disappoint! I’ve been rock climbing for over 10 years now but climbing mountains? It’s really only been the last few years. One of the biggest differences I’ve noticed from sport climbing to climbing mountains is the level of endurance needed. Among other things, the ability to put in the miles and long days is something I’m really hoping to get out of my PCT thru-hike this year… There are a few summits on my bucket list I’m hoping to get in after the trail but before the snow falls later this year 😉 Any guesses?
