I don’t know about you but I am feeling like the whole “new year, new you” thing is just a little outdated. Sure, it can be really nice to use things, like the New Year, as an opportunity to work on new habits and phase out things that no longer serve you but I am at a place in my life where I am no longer looking to reinvent myself completely. Besides, I’ve found that it was never really a good recipe for lasting change anyway! Instead, this year I am more focused on how I can evolve and grow; How I can prioritize the things that I value more, and get better at shaving out some of the other stuff. After a solid couple of months last year neglecting my physical health and well-being, one of the top things on my list is moving my body regularly and prioritizing self-care.
