After nearly 10 years of teaching yoga I can’t emphasize how important your breath is! When we think of our health, we think about eating well, getting good sleep, and reducing stress but our breath is really the gateway to deep heath in all these other avenues. You can eat well but if don’t eat in a calm and relaxed environment then you likey won’t digest the food well.
