Admittedly, I am a morning person… in the winter months, I am almost always up before the sun. I swear my brain functions the best from like 6-9 am so that’s when I usually get up and try to get as much computer work done as I can so that I can have the rest of the daylight hours to get out and explore. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If I don’t have a ton of work to get done though I LOVE to get out and explore. The morning light catching the snow on the trees… the frozen layer on top of the river… the quietude of a sleepy town not quite awake yet… I love it all so much. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mornings in Colorado can be brutally cold though so it’s ESSENTIAL to have the right layers. You all know I am a huge fan of stiomountain because they’ve got this whole “mountain town living” thing super dialed.
