One of my goals from 2019 that I plan to carry into 2020 is to use less single-use plastic. It’s honestly harder than it should be to avoid because it basically eliminates half of the grocery store while shopping and even really simple things come wrapped in plastic for no reason. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While avoiding single-use plastics while grocery shopping can definitely be a challenge there are some really simple changes that you can make that actually make a HUGE difference. The biggest one? Stop using single-use plastic water bottles.
