If you want to learn what unconditional love feels like adopt a dog 😜 but in all seriousness, this little lady has taught me so much about what it means to love with my whole heart. Her journey wasn’t always easy or straightforward- when we got her she was six months old and had lived in a crate with her liter mates her whole life. It was obvious that whatever little human interactions she had experienced had not been positive ones and she was so scared she shook when anyone came near her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It didn’t happen overnight but day by day, week by week, she let our love for her in and became one of the happiest, most loving dogs I have ever met.
