This is the grin of someone who was so excited for a dawn patrol surf session that she didn’t sleep 🤦🏼‍♀️ haha but really though, living in the mountains I don’t get all that many opportunities to get out and go surfing so this trip with visitcalifornia has been sooo good for the soul. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ visitdelmarvillage was literally the perfect SoCal beach town. The low key vibes reminded me a lot of my hometown Aspen and the beaches are picture perfect. I was lucky enough to be there for a mellow morning surf with dani.burt which was the perfect way to jump back into surfing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Have you tried surfing before? It’s a pretty humbling sport in the beginning (actually the whole time haha the ocean is just humbling in general) but sooo freaking fun once you find your groove!
