#ad Ever since I went off the birth control pill for good four years ago I have been seeking out a birth control method that works for me. Everybody is different but I knew that I needed something hormone-free. I tried out the copper IUD but, unfortunately, my body did not agree and I was forced to keep looking. I first found out about naturalcycles while on a google search mission for a solution and was immediately intrigued. It definitely takes a little getting used to checking your temperature first thing each morning before getting out of bed but, just like anything, if you stick with it a few weeks you find your groove. I especially love how convenient it is for traveling (which I do A LOT). No need to worry about if I filled a prescription… I just pack my thermometer and phone and I am good to go!
