Group 1001's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play an important role in fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace. Yesterday, we hosted an ERG Fair on the outdoor patio so employees could connect and learn more about these groups. The Women’s ERG launched last year and is a dedicated space for women to collaborate and grow both personally and professionally. We also recently launched the Pride 1001 ERG, an LGBTQ+ ERG that seeks to provide support, advocacy, and resources for LGBTQ+ employees at Group 1001.
