March is National Reading Month, and we are doing a book drive to celebrate! We will be donating books to the International Book Project! Before the @lexingtonsportingclub match this Friday, we will accept donations to give to IBP. Please see below for the books they accept and the ones they do not. Types of books IBP ACCEPT: -Children’s library books (picture books, chapter books-fiction/non-fiction) MOST NEEDED K – 8th -English / Grammar, Science, Math, and Medical texts (including academic journals) -Vocational books (plumbing, carpentry, etc.) -Fiction and Non-fiction books for adults -Reference books (Dictionaries, Encyclopedias newer than 2000, and Thesauruses) -Books in Spanish (fiction and non-fiction only; we cannot accept books about learning Spanish) Due to the nature of IBP work, they can NOT accept: -Outdated Text, Reference, or Encyclopedias before 2000 -Religious/Evangelical or Political Books -Magazines or Reader’s Digest -Workbooks/Diaries (books that are mean...
