Great first day of official practice! Great effort, energy, hustle and excitement from the players and coaches. The guys worked and did a great job working together. After, we took a team hike up on the Grand Mesa and did our annual team plunge into Lost Lake! Spent some time doing some team building activities and breaking down some walls.
