When it comes to building muscle & loosing weight you need a game plan.
My plan was designed for me based on my schedule, my body type and my fitness level.
How I built muscle & lost weight:
▪️Follow a 4-5x a week strength training split
▪️Prioritize protein (100-150 grams per day)
▪️Cook meals 80% from home weekly
▪️No soda, No juice, No syrup/sweet coffee
▪️10,00+ steps a day
▪️Cardio 3x a week (high incline walk, jog, stairmaster)
This is was the plan for 6 months. I would be lying if I told I was 100% discipline throughout my journey, were all human.
When I veered off my plan I would revisit “why” and my fitness plan to get me back on track. When you have a plan in place you know where your going and you know how to get there so your plan will always help your find your way back on path.
Keep in mind there’s always be a million reasons not to get started but the reality is there’s never a better time to start than now so what’s stoping you?
