From behind bars in Iran’s notorious Evin Prison, Iranian human rights defender and Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Narges Mohammadi has once again called for an immediate ceasefire in a recent letter. She described the images of displaced Palestinians burning in tents in Rafah as a harrowing testament to “the decline of humanity in our world.” Narges Mohammadi has been fighting for women’s rights in Iran for over 20 years.
