During the workout, we were squatting and hearing everyone around me cheering my name & Morgan screaming at me to keep going was incredible. Along with that, during the run of the workout, everyone was cheering everyone on and pushing themselves to beat the person next to them and it's all a very positive environment. Having the whole team back you up while doing a hard workout, while also pushing themselves is to me a great example of teamwork. Everyone is pulling their weight while also pushing the team to be better."
