With Mom behind the lense, Nia and friends turned a sunny day in late April into a photo op outside the Education Building on 6th Street in Champaign. . Without a formal graduation ceremony due to the #coronavirus pandemic, "it doesn't feel complete," Nia told News-Gazette photo editor Robin Scholz. "I'm going to start adulting after May 16 and I kind of feel robbed." .
