This is Jaedyn Orton. • She is 13 years old. • She weighs less than 88 pounds. • She picked up 101+ pounds and lifted it all the way over her head (the snatch). • She then picked up 123+ pounds, brought it to her shoulders, then brought that over her head (the clean & jerk). • Jaedyn broke all three women’s 14-15y/o 40kg American records — including besting the record for total by almost 20 pounds. • And that’s on being a youth weightlifter at #23NAOS1.
