Officiating is not easy… As an official, you must be a student of your game. You know the rules inside and out. And that’s only part of the battle.. As an official, you also need to have strong people skills and leadership skills. You are responsible for communicating effectively and clearly with countless coaches and athletes. You are responsible for the flow of each game, and for keeping each game safe, fair and fun. This past week, we recognized our officials at each event as part of D3 Officials appreciation week.
