1. Push Off: Start with a strong push off the wall in a streamlined position.
2. Single Arm Freestyle: Swim freestyle using only one arm, keeping the other arm extended in front.
3. Breathing: Breathe to the opposite side of the working arm, maintaining a steady head position.
4. Switch Arms: After a few strokes, switch to the other arm and repeat the breathing pattern.
