Meet BA student, with a specialization in education policy, Kyla Hurns (she/her). Kyla is passionate about educational equity for students nationwide, and the Glenn College is helping her prepare for a career pushing for education reform. During high school she spent four years working at the Kumon Math and Reading Center where she started to understand the issues facing students every day inside and outside the classroom. Outside of the Glenn College, Kyla is also an honors student and a Morrill Scholar.
