Facing the challenges of knee reconstruction head on!
10 weeks post op and I’m feeling strong 💪🏼 I’ve been making the most of this time off from my true love.....🏃🏼♀️
I CAN now go for walks, hikes, bike, swim, aqua jog, walk up and down stairs, light squats, single leg balance exercises......these are all huge milestones for me! (Grateful for my Physical Therapist Colleen Little 🙏🏼 to guide me).
But one of my favorite ways to stay fit has been lifting weights with tonal. I can feel my body morphing into a stronger overall athlete and know it will pay dividends when I get back to 🏃🏼♀️.
