A plethora of happenings in the distillery today!!! Because of the pump noise we will give you a text breakdown... Tim is transferring mash from the fermenter to the still with a pump/hose system. Whiskey will be coming off the still in a few hours. 🥃 We will also be cooking up a batch of Rum today in the other still (Wall-E). And pouring yeast (which begins the fermentation process) into a Bourbon mash that was cooked yesterday. Just a few things going on...
