It has been so inspiring and energizing being back at Legends of lcdqla this week. Since I have a lighting collection with visualcomfort so it was only natural that we teamed up for Legends this year. The inspiration behind my window was much the same as my inspiration for my lighting designs. My ultimate muse is the city of Paris. As a Francophile and no place inspires me quite as deeply as the City of Light. For a place so rich in history, it is also incredibly modern and forward-thinking. Drawing upon some of my favorite architectural elements; fashion designers such as Christian Dior and Yves Saint Laurent; French "It Girls" including Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve and Carla Bruni, and a mix of beautiful textiles including schumacher1889’s iconic "Views of Paris" fabric, I designed a mood board as an ode to the chic spirit of Paris, 'La Muse Parisienne.
